Corona Virus Safety Measures

In addition to our already stringent hygiene policies, Unique Laser has adopted additional COVID Safety Procedures so you will see some changes to the way we do things in clinic. Here are some FAQ’s you may have in response to the latest change. These are only some of the things we are doing to ensure the safe operation of our clinics.   • Do I need to pre-book my appointment?
    • Yes. There can be no walk-in appointments while we have restrictions on number of people in our clinics.
  • What do I need to do on arrival at Unique Laser clinics?
    • Most importantly, do not enter the clinic if you have COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell.
    • We have restrictions around how many people can be in-clinic at one time. Please adhere to signage around this.
    • Please sanitise hands upon arrival, adhere to social distancing, and follow signs.
    • All clients will be required to complete a brief health screening questionnaire.
    • Due to limits on how many people can be in-clinic and social distancing, no partners / children / friends can attend the appointment with you.
  • What treatments are currently available?
    • As per state government requirements, at this stage we can perform treatments that allow both client and therapist to wear a mask throughout the treatment.
    • What we can do – Laser Hair Removal (all areas except face), Anti-Wrinkle Injections (upper face – frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead), Fat Loss Cavitation, Skin Tightening Radiofrequency body areas, Stretch Mark and Body Scar treatments, PRP Hair Loss, Neck & Decolletage Skin Treatments, Skin & Cosmetic Injection Consultations.
    • What we cannot do – Dermal Filler treatments (lips & cheeks), Teeth Whitening, Skin Treatments (face), Laser Hair Removal (facial areas).
  • Can I pay with cash?
    • No. Card payments only will be accepted.
  • What if my treatments have expired?
    • We will increase the expiry dates on all treatments in line with how long we were temporarily closed for. Please contact us to arrange.
  • Will my laser hair removal results be affected by this?
    Once the hair in the anagen phase has been lasered, it will not come back so just resume your treatments when practical.
